General Objective:

The objective of the evaluation is to provide an assessment of the relevance, appropriateness, efficiency, impact and coherence of the FSNAU programme with a view to informing future direction.

Key qualifications:

Team Leader / Expert in food security information systems-Senior-35wd
· Post graduate qualification in agricultural or socioeconomics;
· Significant expertise in conducting evaluations on complex food security information systems.

Public health nutrition expert-Junior-30 wd
· Graduate in a related field;
· Significant expertise managing large scale nutrition information / surveillance systems as well as conducting evaluation on the same.
