Central Finance and Contracting Unit

Priamry tasks of the CFCU are related to the implementation of the programs financed by Phare, Tranistion Facility, EEA and Norwegian Financial Mechanism and by the Schengen-Funds: Tasks include publishing the call for proposals, evaluation, contracting, monitoring and reporting.

The tasks of the CFCU have been widened since the establishment of the The Unit for Procurement Coordination and Control (EKKE) . EKKE deals with the quality assurance of the public procurement procedures financed by the Structural Funds, Cohesion Fund, etc.
