Project title:
| Preparation of and monitoring the implementation of Demand-side management – Pilot projects - EC FWC Lot 1
| Description of activities:
| First phase:
- cooperate with the expert team under the parallel energy efficiency awareness project to identify suitable objects and techniques for the application of energy efficiency measures in buildings.
Second phase:
- preparation of the Technical Specifications for the energy efficiency measures selected, with cost estimate;
- close cooperation with the staff of the European Commission, DG ELARG Unit A3, working in Nicosia, for tender preparation to ensure quality of the supply project implementation and possibly clarification meeting during the tendering period;
- answering tenderers’ questions during tendering phase;
- participation in the tender evaluation as voting member.
Third phase:
- monitoring of the project implementation and supervision of the acceptance tests, on behalf of the Contracting Authority;
- Final Report.
