Description of activities:

  • Conducting preliminary assessments and needs analyses regarding the inclusive education equipment and materials, which are needed to be available for the 20 pilot schools. In addition, for the selected equipment, preparing of the draft technical specifications and executing the related market research according to the guideline published at the CFCU (Central Finance and Contracts Unit) website as follows; which is also in line with the PRAG (Practical Guide to Contract procedures for EC external actions) rules.
  • Conducting a market research for the psychological measurement tools which are used extensively in the developed countries and particularly EU countries for educational assessment and diagnosis of students (measuring students' cognitive abilities, academic and social skills, etc.). The aim of the research is to identify the most appropriate of the psychological measurement tools to be used in Guidance and Research Centres (GRCs). Following the related market research, preparing the technical specifications for the procurement of these psychological measurement tools. This market research should also be done according to the above mentioned CFCU guideline and the draft technical specifications should be prepared in line with PRAG.
  • Preparing the draft ToR for the service component of the project in accordance with the EU rules and procedures.
  • Revising the bidding documents regarding service and supply contracts according to the comments sent by Central Finance Contract Unit and ECD (EC Delegation).
