  • Development of the implementation-procedure of the ISPA projects
  • Preparation of the Section ISPA of the Operational Manual
  • Organization of workshop for the staff of the ISPA implementing agencies on the ISPA Operational Manual
  • Assistance to the institutions involved in Phare EDIS to achieve all gap filling requirements necessary for EDIS Stage II
  • Institutional building in the frame of the decentralization according to EU norms
