Project title:
| LOT1 Framework Contract with the EC (Drawing up terms of reference and/or assessing tenders): Preparation of TOR “Enhancement of environmental protection measures in the oil/gas industry of Central Asia” | Description of activities:
| - Meetings with the relevant national counterparts, including the ministries of energy and the ministries of environment, meetings with the donors and international financial institutions; Briefing and debriefing of the EC Project Manager
- Preparation of the draft ToR
- Discussing the draft Terms of References with the key beneficiaries in each country.
- Assisting the EC Delegation during the tender. It includes assistance in providing clarifications to tenderer and participation at the evaluation sessions
