General Objective:
The global objective is to contribute to the enhancement of cross border cooperation through promotion of cultural heritage, thus triggering economic regeneration in the municipality to the benefit of both local population and visitors.

Key qualifications:

Senior Expert 1 (Architect and Team Leader), (indicative 70 working days)
Senior Expert 1 will also act as Team Leader of the project. He/she will be responsible for the overall project management and coordination, project representation, as well as reporting. He/she should ensure that the project outputs and reporting requirements are timely fulfilled. He /she shall be required to coordinate, supervise, manage, monitor and appraise all aspects of the project experts’ output.
•    At least Master degree academic level   in Architecture or equivalent 5 years of general professional experience above the requested below minimum general professional experience
•    Minimum 10 years of general professional experience in the relevant field (conservation and rehabilitation of historical and religious monuments,),
•    Full Computer literacy,
•    At least 3 years of experience related to management of international projects in the same or related field;
•    Experience in at least 3 projects of a similar scope (preparation of Blueprints, Detailed Design and Bill of Quantities),
•    Experience in the region would be an asset,
•    Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
•    Knowledge of Macedonian language would be an asset.

Senior Expert 2 (Civil engineer), (indicative 60 working days)
•    At least Master degree academic level   in Civil engineering or equivalent 5 years of general professional experience above the requested below minimum general professional experience
•    Minimum 10 years of general professional experience in the relevant field (preparation of technical documentation);
•    Full computer literacy,
•    Experience in at least 3 projects of a similar scope (preparation of Blueprints, Detailed Design and Bill of Quantities),
•    Experience in the region would be an asset,
•    Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
•    Knowledge of Macedonian language would be an asset.

Junior Expert 3 (Electro engineering expert), (indicative 20 working days)
•    At least Master degree academic level   in electrical engineering or equivalent 5 years of general professional experience above the requested below minimum general professional experience;
•    Minimum 3 years of general professional experience in electrical engineering,
•    Full computer literacy,
•    At least 3 years of  experience in the relevant field (preparation for rehabilitation of historical facilities),
•    Experience in at least 1 project of a similar scope (preparation of electrical installation, security and information system and etc.),
•    Experience in the region would be an asset,
•    Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
•    Knowledge of Macedonian language would be an asset.

Junior Expert 4 (Procurement expert), (in indicative 20 working days)
•    At least Master degree academic level   in engineering or other relevant area or equivalent 5 years of general professional experience above the requested below minimum general professional experience
•    Minimum 3 years of general professional experience in procurement, preparation of tender dossiers,
•    At least 2 years of experience in preparation of procurement documents for works contracts and framework contracts,
•    Experience in preparation of works tender documents following  PRAG rules and for implementation following  FIDIC rules (at least 2 tender dossiers prepared).
•    Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
•    Knowledge of Macedonian language would be an asset.
