| LOT1 Framework Contract with the EC (Drawing up terms of reference and/or assessing tenders): “Drafting terms of reference for the ‘Information and Communications Support Programme – Phase II" | Description of activities:
| Task 1: Analysis and review
- analyze the communications needs and requirements of the EC Delegation in Turkey;
- define communications priorities within the current political context;
- review the activities and work programmes of the ‘information and communications support programme’;
- assess communications needs of key multipliers and interlocutors in Turkey.
Task 2: Prepare the full ToR for the service tender
- prepare the terms of reference for the programme;
- prepare the tender documents to complete the tender dossier.
