LOT9 Framework Contract with the EC (Education, Employment and Social affairs):

Support to Pension System Reform in Serbia, EC LOT 9

• Undertake a review and assessment of Government and donor funded (primarily World Bank and USAID) pension reform actions to date.
• Review and assess all strategies and plans as well as the needs of the central government for further development of the pension system
• Assess priorities identified by Government and other stakeholders
• Undertake interviews, discussion workshops, and participate to meetings with interlocutors and stakeholders
• Consensus building: organize seminars and workshops
• Prepare a project fiche and annexes for the IPA 2008 programme.
• Prepare a detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) with budget breakdown for the envisaged EU funded support under the IPA 2008 programme.
