- Acting as a secretariat to the Evaluation Committee
- Providing assistance for the contracting procedure; organisation of trainings and seminars on Grant-Contracts; logistical assistance to the Contracting Authority
- Participate in the financial control of the monitoring of projects
- Financial Administration - assistance in the administration of the payment procedures; administering the financial parts of the reports of the beneficiaries; development of methodologies for the financial administration
- Assist the Grantees in managing procurements under PRAG rules
