Project title:
| LOT1 Framework Contract with the EC (Drawing up terms of reference and/or assessing tenders): Assistance for the preparation of tender documents – Sewage systems works , Albania, EC FWC LOT 1 | Description of activities:
| - Providing advice to design companies on the preparation of tender dossier according to the Practical Guide to the Contract procedures for EC external actions
- Checking the quality of designs and verify the volumes defined in the Bill of Quantities including also visits on site
- Checking and advising on the improvement of the Special Conditions to the contract and/or technical specifications
- Providing final acceptance to the tender dossier prepared by the beneficiary,
- Preparing the Terms of Reference for the supervision of works,
- Providing comments and clarifications to questions made by tenderer during the tendering period,
- Participation in the tender evaluation process (works or services)
