LOT1 Framework Contract with the EC (Drawing up terms of reference and/or assessing tenders):

Provision of technical assistance related to the implementation of Component III (Regional Development) of IPA (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance) in Croatia

• Review the tender dossiers submitted by the designated Implementing Bodies, prepare technical report on compliance of the tender dossiers with the requirements and prepare comments on improvement of the tender dossier if needed
• Organization and delivery of four two-day training sessions on Structural Funds for the Delegation staff and the representatives of the Operating Structure
• Organization of a follow-up meeting after each of the training sessions (with representatives of the Operating Structure and the EC Delegation) on lessons learnt and discussions on future preparations for Cohesion and Structural Funds
• Based on the analysis of the documentation and interviews with Operating Structures, produce an assessment of their capacity to carry out future programmes and projects under individual Operational Programmes
