Project title:
| Formulation Mission for the Secondary Education Support Programme in Syria: EC FWC LOT 9
| Description of activities:
| The global objective of the mission is to formulate a comprehensive project proposal aiming at supporting the secondary education system in Syria based on the findings of the identification mission.
Provision of short term technical assistance in the entire project cycle:
•Identification of key stakeholders and target groups, institutional capacity issues and the degree of local ownership;
•A clear and appropriately structured analysis of the problems; and strategy options and reasons for the recommended implementation strategy;
•Provision of a set of clear and logically consistent objectives (goal, purpose, outputs) and a set of activities.
•A detailed description of proposed management and co-ordination arrangements demonstrating how institutional strengthening and local ownership will be effectively supported.
